Relationship Building

Red Ink, LLC focuses on assisting organizations with business development and government relations.  After 13 years in municipal government, CEO/President Phyllis Dickerson has built relationships that span across the US and abroad.  These relationships include professional development municipal organizations like, the US Conference of Mayor’s (USCM); National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA); International City Manager’s Association (IMCA); National League of Cities (NLC); National Association of Counties (NACO); and Cities United.  If your organization is looking to build a trustworthy relationship with organizations like these, our organization has a long-standing relationship with each of them.  We are able to engage your organization with the leadership in each organization, and assist positioning you so you can move to the next level. 

 

Training

With over 25 years in management and training, we offer training services for your leadership and staff that will assist you with greater productivity; uniformity of procedures; less supervision; efficiency in teamwork; and higher morale. Red Ink, LLC has a team of trainers with an expertise in subject matters that include, but are not limited to customer service, teambuilding, effective communication, leadership training or a custom-made training.  We have seasoned staff who are ready to engage your team in order to move your organization to the next level of thinking and performing.  Training and development is one of the main ways to increase productivity and teamwork within your organization.  Also, if you are looking to training your political or staff advance team, we are able to train them in the areas of site and press advance.
